- Field RN Case Manager and worked in the Torrance, Valley, and Orange County offices carrying a full case load.
- Performed the duties of an After-Hours triage RN whenever staffing resources dictated the need, while maintaining a full case load.
July 2001 through Present
- Full time triage RN, performing the full range of duties assigned and providing flexibility by working virtually any shift to ensure a triage RN was always available to maintain the highest of patient care standards.
- During time of influx of new patients from Cedars, performed admissions.
- Acted as the Administrator on Call for both normal evening and weekend tours of duty.
- Performed a wide range of administrative duties while acting as Administrator on Call including, but not limited to, accepting referrals, scheduling of triage staff, attending to urgent staffing needs and addressing concerns.

- Performed QI and compliance focused chart reviews for both home and facility (Long Term Care and Hospital) patients.
